Founded by Claude and Elissa Hiltz, Hiltz Marble & Granite is a privately owned natural stone supply and manufacturing company. But we have a passion for the natural world. We have fine grazing land on our property and have decided to put it to good use raising a herd of bison.

Bison meat is a tender and lean red meat. Bison meat is rather like beef but with a richer more robust taste. It is flavourful and satisfying.
We now supply bison meat to the consumer. Our herd provides a grass fed meat of the highest quality. By comparison with other red meats such as beef or pork bison meat is:
- Lower in fat
- Has less cholesterol
- A good source of iron
- Lower in calories
